Our story began in 1958 when Liberty Bakery opened shop as a takeaway bakery on a quiet street corner in the heart of Valsad. The resources were few, but it didn’t deter us from our passion to bring you the most decadent desserts you’d ever tasted.

In our 35 years in business, our family company has expanded and evolved, but what hasn’t changed is our dedication to creating indulgent, artisanal desserts with top quality, globally sourced ingredients.
